Happy World Physical Activity Day!

April 6 is World Physical Activity Day!

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that children and youth (ages 5-17) get at least 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity daily!

According to the Global Matrix 4.0, the average grade for Overall Physical Activity across 57 participating countries is a D (27-33%). Let’s work together to raise that grade!

Get moving, stay active, and inspire the younger generation to make physical activity a regular part of their day. Small changes can make a big difference!
