This is a reminder that registration for the Global Matrix 5.0 is open! Registration will be open until December 31st, 2024.

The Global Matrix initiative involves creating and comparing country-specific Physical Activity Report Cards for children and adolescents. This includes a standardized process to assign letter grades to several common physical activity indicators. Currently, there have been four editions of the Global Matrix initiative. The Global Matrix 5.0 will continue to contribute to the growing list of positive impacts that the Report Cards and the Global Matrices have had.

The Global Matrix 5.0 will allow participants to assess the current state of physical activity in their respective countries, highlight recent physical activity achievements, reveal potential surveillance gaps, contribute to group publications, and advocate for policy and surveillance improvements. By registering for the Global Matrix 5.0, participants will become a part of a large international network of researchers and physical activity experts from around the world.
