2021 Active Healthy Kids Scotland Report Card‘s theme in 2021 was inequalities in report card indicators and this led to an invitation to present the findings in the Scottish Parliament.

On February 1st 2022, Dr. Avril Johnstone from the MRC/CSO Social and Public Health Sciences Unit, University of Glasgow, presented findings from the 2021 Active Healthy Kids Scotland Report Card at the Scottish Parliament Cross Party Group on Health Inequalities, organized by Voluntary Health Scotland. This session was chaired by MSP, Brian Whittle, and attended by over 60 participants from the public, private and third sectors.
